The European Union is looking for experts in the field of audit to join its civil
service. Permanent official type of contract and the work based at
Brussels (Belgium), Luxembourg (Luxembourg), Strasbourg (France). Successful candidates in
tests are placed on a reserve list and shortlisted candidates are invited for
an interview.
The European Personnel Selection Office (EPSO) is
organising an open competition to draw up a reserve list from which the
institutions, bodies, and agencies of the European Union can recruit new
members of the civil service as administrators (grade
AD7) in the field of audit.
More information about your tasks as
an administrator in the field of audit, you
can find in epso official site. Indicatively, these tasks include strategic and
annual audit planning, as well as drafting and presenting audit reports,
opinions, and recommendations.

Check your Eligibility:
- EU citizenship
- Requirement of at least two official EU Languages (language 1 minimum C1 level of one of the 24 official EU languages – language 2 any of the remaining 23 official languages minimum B2 level).
- Completed university-level studies.
- At least 5 to 7 years of relevant professional experience, of which at least four years in the field of audit, as follows:
- At least three years of university studies, attested by a diploma, followed by a minimum of seven years of relevant professional experience, of which at least four years must be in the field of audit;
or
- At least four years of university studies, attested by a diploma, followed by a minimum of six years of relevant professional experience, of which at least four years must be in the field of audit;
or
At least five years of university studies, attested by a diploma, followed by a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience, of which at least four years must be in the field of audit.
TEST COMPETITION
The selection process for the Audit competition (AD7) includes online reasoning tests, a field-related test, and a free-text essay on EU matters.
Language 1: Reasoning tests (multiple – choice question tests )
Verbal reasoning test: 20 questions, 35 minutes
Numerical reasoning test: 10 questions, 20 minutes
Abstract reasoning test: 10 questions,10 minutes
- Language 2: Field-related test (multiple – choice question tests ): 30 questions, 40 minutes
- Language 2: EUFTE Written test Free-text Essay on EU matters (EUFTE), 40 minutes
Candidates will be required to respond to the test assignment(s) based on the documentation provided by EPSO and related to the field(s) of the competition.
