About EPSO
The European Personnel Selection Office (EPSO) recruits Administrators from among candidates by selecting them through rigorous procedures. EPSO is regularly on the lookout for high-performing professionals and graduates for jobs in the EU institutions, bodies and agencies.

Staff and Selection
EPSO selects staff through general and specialised competitions. Successful candidates are selected for EU institutions such as the European Parliament, Council of the European Union, the European Commission, the Court of Justice of the European Union, the European Court of Auditors, the European Economic and Social Committee etc.
There is a wide range of career opportunities tailored to the professional goals and educational background of each candidate. The staff categories comprise both posts for generalists, usually attracting disciplines such as lawyers, economists etc., and posts for specialists, such as scientists, technicians, translators, just to name a few. There are distinct selection procedures about each staff category.
EPSO AD-5 Graduates (Administrator Generalist Exams)
We are providing an e-learning platform where candidates can train for EPSO competitions. The European Personnel Selection Office is running an AD-5 Administrator Competition to recruit staff for the various EU institutions, bodies and agencies. A permanent official type of contract and relocation to Brussels (Belgium), Luxembourg (Luxembourg), or Strasbourg (France) typically accompany such posts. Shortlisted candidates are subsequently invited for an interview and candidates passing the written tests prescribed are placed on a reserve list.
